The hotel is surrounded by homelss people fighting and loitering. We where worried about our car getting broken in to. Then we where double charged for our room.

Ann at reception makes this property shine above similarly priced alternatives in the area. Ann is pleasant, helpful, and cheerfully accommodating, both in advance and on day of arrival. Hopefully, management/ownership are aware of and appreciate what an asset she is. She brings the Riverfront Inn up significantly relative to the price range, which is a unique quality in any associate. When in Roseburg, we would return to the Riverfront Inn specifically because of her professionalism and understanding of the concept of "hospitality".

Ann, the night clerk, demonstrated some of highest qualities in Customer Service. Her keen awareness of the propriety and well being of its guests reflected a warm and kind attitude after we traveled all day. I highly recommend this hotel for ALL travelers.

The heater was noisy and old. The room was outdated but dog friendly. Bare bones room amenities. A train came by at 1:00 am and although about 1/4 mile away it was loud.

Staff were nice. Room was clean. Tv remote didnt work and tv had a big dead spot in the bottom right corner. Over all was a good room for the price. Was far cheaper than anything else in the area.

This was a cute little gem ! the balcony had pretty view of the river. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay in the future.

Riverview in Roseburg
Great staff and location and the best scented toiletries!!! Enjoyed the stay very much. It was so close to downtown that I was able to walk instead of driving.

The traffic noise is terrible OUTSIDE. But inside we didn't hear it much, which was a relief! The view out the window was pastoral, very inviting.

Older property shows its age
The photos online made this property look nicer and more modern than our room turned out to be. This is an old motel with very dated fixtures. It was clean and had what we needed for one night, but unless you're looking for something nostalgic, this may not be your place.

Room smelled like cigarettes and weed. The windows are single pane and its so loud. The night attendant was nice but morning attendant’s were talking about C-sections and having their child take away and how unfair courts were then stepped out, on side of office and proceeded to smoke several cigarettes.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is a convenient distance from the freeway. The floors don't muffle sound well, so I recommend requesting an upstairs room.

Ann at the front desk was very efficient at check in. Seemed to really enjoy her job and was very pleasant. Rooms were nicely laid out and beds were comfortable. Nice views of the river.....but was too cold to sit outside.
