WiFi was spotty and unusable. Facility is run down and dirty. Complimentary breakfast was made up of bagels and juice. No choices. All the plugins were full and there was no extra place to plug in the phone to charge unless you unplug something else. Staff were not very friendly and seemed annoyed when I complained about the WiFi as though I need to understand everyone is using it. Get more bandwidth so your customers can used the advertised WiFi. Not worth the price I paid. I won’t stay here again.

Check in was horrible! I got an email requesting me to check in online, which I did. My online check in was confirmed, and the confirmation said all I had to do was go to the desk for my key. When I arrived there were 6 people in line and 1ckerk. A big sign in front of the desk reminded us that the world is short staffed, and to be kind to those who showed up. I kindly asked the clerk for my key and he told me that the online system had been disabled. When it was finally my turn, I was told that they needed the ID of everyone over 18 who would be staying, so I had to go to my car to get my friends ID. This held up an already slow line even more. I was wondering why people were getting out of line after talking to the clerk. I wish they had posted this unique check in requirement instead of a big sign whining about staffing shortages! Maybe if you considered the customer experience at check in, your customers would be more amicable.

Our family needed a one night stay convenient to Wildlife Safari. This motel was clean, had an indoor pool and had an adjacent gas station/convenient store. I would stay again.

We stay at the hotel every year for a week to 10 days while we are in Roseburg visiting family. This year we stayed on the 1st floor and we were pretty disappointed in the beds. Both were incredibly uncomfortable and rickety. The floors were horribly dirty. The breakfast sucks worst than last year, at least we got jimmy dean sausage sandwiches. We do enjoy the pool and the convince of the gas station in walking distance.
