PRO: Older hotel in the process of remodel. Nice reception. Pretty comfortable beds. CON: Breakfast offer was a bagel with cream cheese. The walls are paper thin and through no fault of management, 2 rooms with adults and children slammed doors and talked loudly throughout the night. Get up early - road noise is loud.

We've stayed at Roseburg Super 8 many times. Ive never been charged additional fees for our pets. When checking in, i was told that we were being changed an additional $30 a day. There was also additional paperwork unrelated to our pet that we've never had. I was told that for the previous 3 years of our stay, the employees were doing it wrong.

The overall condition of the hotel was very good and the room was very comfortable, but the breakfast selection was only bagels. However, the cost of the stay more than made up for lack of breakfast selections.

We arrived very late (1am) after driving 500 miles & paid $30 extra for a pet but got a good room. however at 9am, the phone in the room was ringing non-stop. I was so upset that I went to the front desk & the AM manager lady was already cleaning up breakfast, wouldn’t let my husband eat, and denied calling rooms when she said it was “another guest.” Check out is 11… breakfast ends at 10 on Saturday. She was rude & snapped at me, “well I’m not calling & Im the only one here!” When 2 other housekeepers were in the same room.

Staff argued about reserving an ADA room reserved, even though we were called 6 hours prior to confirm. Then our room was on the second floor with no way to get out of there was a fire because our son is in a wheelchair and can't walk because he is paralized. Not acceptable.

The accessible shower did not have a shower curtain available so water travelled around bathroom floor even whjle being very cautious. Need hooks on door for clothing while showering. The beds were excellent and room quiet, staff very helpful.

I liked that the room was clean and spacious. We did not like the breakfast. Not much to choose from, no self make waffles, milk, eggs, meat, bisquits and gravy or bananas, instead had apples and oranges, bananas are a breakfast staple. All of which I thought they would have. If it's continental breakfast that should be stated online because then I would not have booked a room. Hot tub was not hot and jets barely blew.

We travel for work and Roseburg is our stop for over night. Staff is always amazing, rooms super clean, easy access in an out to freeway gas’s right next store great mini mart. Will always stay there

Overall Bad Experience
We booked this hotel as it was a cheap option with a free breakfast as we just needed a spot to sleep on our road trip. We were not impressed as the hotel right off the hop had a creepy vibe, it was dirty, the room had a sour smell and the beds were really uncomfortable.
