Needs maintenance. First room they gave us shower is broken and had empty shampoo and body wash containers. Move us to a different room and it took a long time for hot water to come out. Side outside door is broken that you can't come back in. Hallway and stairs smell like pee. Elevator does not open all the way. Vending machine is empty and ice machine is out of order. I wish I'm making these up but sadly I'm not.

Awful hotel and can’t get hotels.com to react
It was awful, we left after 30 minutes. The room was disgusting and had roaches crawling around. I have tried to chat with Hotels.com about this but it keeps dropping. This needs to be refunded, the hotel already cancelled the payment but not sure that has cancelled it though Hotels.co please put a phone number to call in the app, your chat doesn’t work.

Cockroaches at coffee bar. Cockroackes in my room on the 3rd floor! This means they are throughout the entire motel! Elevator door opens only halfway. Breakfast is not sufficient for number of guests. They could not keep up with eggs, sausage, etc. When they would replace one the other would be gone. You had to wait on everything. I had to tell the kitchen staff, what appeared to be hours after they left a box of food on the hallway floor that was supposed to be stored at 0° in unsafe and unsanitary conditions. It was 9am and they bring that stuff in at 6am. No sugar substitute for coffee. A total disaster and I will be requesting a partial refund.

I will not use this hotel again. I booked a suite with a king bed. While unpacking, I realized the room didn’t have a functional HVAC system and was boiling hot. I was offered a room with a twin bed, at the same rate. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a king. To pay the same for a twin is ridiculous. After expressing this to staff, they offered to refund my deposit as compensation, which is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard. A deposit is something g I would get back anyway. So now I’m being offered something that already belongs to me as compensation is insulting. I’m disabled and have one leg. This forces me to use the elevator. This particular elevator has a broken door that only opens halfway, making it extremely difficult to get myself and my belongings inside. It is not even close to the ADA standard. There was also a clipboard in plain sight at the front seat with a list of rooms that have cockroaches. I certainly don’t think that’s something that needs to be in plain view of guests. Horrible experience.

It was so dirty under the bed, a lot of small pieces of snacks and we found a roach over the bed. The area around was so lonely and dark and many people like homeless around sneaking close to the cars.

Area was definitely a mess. We received a call in the way there that they didn’t have any rooms Initially and stated the rooms were full and others were being maintenance. To my surprise it was a lot of hiccups at first. But we were able to get a room that was required for our needs. I had paid for early check in and by mistake to many days for one dog. I had to get that situated as well. But I notice in the room a cockroach and the room was not as clean as I had liked it to be. However we needed a place to stay. We also were told we needed to pay a $100 deposit even though we paid for the rooms. It was supposed to be refunded as well as all the errors made. But I will say the staff were nice. They tried to fix the situation. There were a lot of stores around which was very good. But it seems they were in a bad area. So much trash around litter. Also my dog got flees from walking around the premises. When I got back home I had to wash him 5x for him to feel better. The building said no smoking and people were smoking cigarettes and weed. They had no food or drinks except water in there lobby refrigerator. The bottles of water were $2 each as I had to buy 4. We prefer not to go here again unless we a in a very desperate need. I didn’t even eat their breakfast because of knowing there were a roach in our room. I was concerned that its possibly every where. Also people obviously don’t pick up after their dogs. Poo were every where in the grass.
