Upon check in I immediately noticed a very pungent smell, the clerk said oh I think we are working on that? Smell continued and then they pretended like the smell didn’t exist. I was put in a handicap room and not handicap… shower sprayed all over the bathroom it’s noisy and very limited hours of dining despite supposed restaurant and bar on site. 5th floor and elevator shut down for renovation and fitness center is on 5th floor where the smell is even worse.

Overall good, but the ADA room had a window shade
I had reserved an accessible room because I'm using a cane. When I got into the room, I noticed that the roll-down window shade wouldn't move at all, and the cord seemed to be cut near the top. I ended up switching to a regular room. Not ideal, but I preferred that to not having privacy. The front desk told me that they knew about the problem, and their vendor was slow getting back to them. Everything else was good.

If I’m paying “insert number” for a hotel room, I feel that breakfast should included. They wanted to charge me $24 each day for hotel breakfast… we all know what hotel breakfast taste like. I was then hit with a $45 fee once I returned home. I was given a parking pass by the worker up front, but was never told it was $15/day to park on the facility. I would’ve parked on the road if I knew that was the case. It’s just frustrating when hotels have these hidden fees. What ever happened to free parking, breakfast, gym, & pool. Overpaid for this property and will not be back.

One of the BEST Hilton I’ve stayed at in the Bay. Very clean, close to bars dining Levy stadium. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it and will definitely be booking here again

i have stayed twice at the Hilton Garden Inn, & I'm pretty experienced with good & bad hotels. This place is very nice. It's not fancy, but i don't care about that. The staff really stand out as exceptionally friendly & accommodatiing. Every interaction I've had with them was positive & I've never had a request denied or forgotten. This goes for the front desk, housekeeping, everyone. Also the rooms are spacious & clean. They actually feature good art on the walls, which is rare. fridge & microwave are good additions
