Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. With the beautiful lake views & a cool dip in the pool you are sure to enjoy down time with family and friends or work remote in this spacious retreat. Neighborhood equipped with a walking trail behind the house and a park at the end of the lake (fishing aloud). Minutes to downtown Rosenberg, Brazos Town Center & walking distance to the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds. Sugar Land is a quick 15 minutes on Hwy 59 South & Houston 15min more (30 minutes total) Pets are allowed for a fee and pool and hot tub can be heated for a fee as well as pool fearures turned on for a fee. Lights are included with nightly rate.

Great place to relax
We were in the area to help place our mom into a care facility and it was a very difficult. It was so nice to have this quiet neighborhood and beautiful pond to come ‘home’ to. The pool - I can’t say enough great things about it. Perfect for stress relief. The house was bigger than I thought, we had plenty of room with two adult ‘kids’-everyone had space. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and son stayed for a baseball tournament. The pool was fun and my son loved the house. He had a great time.

Horrible experience
I rented the place to use the pool with my grandson and some of his friends. It has three bedrooms and five beds. A ton of extra fees were loaded into the price. I couldn’t use the facilities (pool ) with agreeing to pay additional money. I absolutely feel there was a racist element in the text messages I received from the owner when she tried to extort me for additional money!

Weekend getaway
The house was perfect size. The pool was a hit with the kids. They enjoyed the pool so much! We will return for another weekend stay. The neighborhood was quiet as well.

Great Escape
We spent Labor Day weekend here! 3 couples from different towns we had a wonderful time hanging out at the pool! The neighborhood was surprisingly quit! It was only a few miles to run to town and do some shopping!! Host was amazing at answering all my questions! We will book again!
