Family trip

We have been staying at this hotel for 3 years when we visit Rosenberg. However, the room smelled muggy, hot and a hint of mildew. We took my in-laws with us and the same with their room. We met a family in the elevator and they asked if we had similar issues with our room. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we stay here.

Handicap accessible room - beds low to the floor

We ended up in a handicap accessible room and noted that the beds were very low to the floor. This was somewhat awkward for my son who is quite tall and would be difficult for someone with knee issues or difficulty getting up from a low chair. The room seemed like it would be perfect for someone in a wheelchair.

Close to event I was going to. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bed was comfortable and room size good. Only negative was issue with bathroom sink faucet. It allowed only a trickle of water to come out, lighting around bathroom mirror very deem, and bath towels very rough.

I would just not stay there again. The overall stay was not pleasant, from the staff to breakfast was not a good experience. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and have always been exceptionally pleased. This property was the first one my stay was not good.
