Nous avons passe de bonnes vacances, l´appartement est bien situé, belle vue sur la mer et proche des restaurants et magasins, néanmoins le week-end , il est difficile de s´endormir avant 2-3 heures du matin. La salle d´eau est petite et à rafraîchir.

Appartement bien placé et bien equipé

Fonctionnel, idéalement situé face à la plage, restaurants, magasins et supermarchés à côté à pied. Difficile de se garer. Très belle vue mer et balcon ensoleillé. Propriétaires réactifs et agence aussi. Pour récupérer les clés l'agence se situe juste à côté de l'appartement.

Logement très bien situé, belles prestations. Manque une climatisation en cas de forte chaleur et une place de parking. Le stationnement est compliqué. Cependant aucune mauvaise surprise puisque ces aléas sont mentionnés dans l'annonce. Organisation au top, excellent séjour.

Prima locatie, leuk appartement.

De woning was niet brandschoon en het balkon ronduit smerig. De keukenkraan zat los. Rommelig in- en uitschenken. Alles gaat via een bureau maar uiteindelijk moesten we in en uitschenken via een neef. Niet erg maar ook niet professioneel. Nogmaals we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en ik hoop dat de kritiek als opbouwend wordt gezien.

Das Objekt liegt in einer super Lage direkt am Strand. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und alle Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Wer in Ausgang und Party will ist dort super aufgehoben. Leider ist bis spät Abends doch recht viel Lärm von den Restaurants zu hören.

Bon séjour

Le parking privé est minuscule pour 3 bâtiments et par conséquent toujours complet, il n est pas toujours facile de trouver une place à proximité. Les restaurants en bas de la résidence génèrent beaucoup de bruit le soir. Mais la vue depuis la terrasse est belle et le logement bien équipé et agréable.

Très bel appartement en bord de mer avec une très belle vue

L'appartement est très bien. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible. L'endroit est également très beau et agréable mis à part le stationnement qui est compliqué (parking résidentiel trop petit) mais heureusement presque tout se fait à pied (catalogue mis à disposition par le propriétaire avec tout ce que l'on peut faire à ROSAS et ses alentours). Dans l'ensemble nous sommes très satisfait du séjour (3 semaines du 4/08 au 25/08/18)

des lieux agréables

Une impression agréable dans l'ensemble. Un appartement et des échanges corrects avec le propriétaire. Quelques points de vigilance. Le parking communautaire annoncé est en fait un parking extrêmement réduit pour 3 immeubles. Très peu de chances d'y trouver un emplacement en juillet-aout ce qui est très pénalisant à Santa Margarita ! La 2ème chambre annoncée est une alcôve sans possibilité de rangement. Annexée au salon l'alcôve ne laisse que peu de place à l'intimité si le salon est occupé. Attention également à bien exiger et insister pour que l'état des lieux entrants soit réalisé et d'y accorder la même attention que celui que l'agence fera en sortant.
