The holiday home is located 3 km from Roses in the Mas Fumats urbanization.
The quiet location is ideal for families with children. The view is a dream!
The house has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a separate studio for 1-2 people with a shower room and kitchenette.
The living-dining room in the house with an open kitchen and bar is spacious and nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.

From the covered outdoor terrace (approx 45m2) you have a great view of the Bay of Roses and the large pool terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area invite you to relax.
The property is completely fenced.
There is a parking lot on the property for one car and enough space for bicycles and motorbikes.
There are also parking spaces in front of the house.

Grande maison avec studio indépendant . Le four ne fonctionne pas la télé est uniquement en Allemand mais l’agence nous a fourni un module français.(très sympa) La porte de la salle de bain du studio indépendant ne ferme pas. A l’arrivée comme au départ l’hôte était très pressée Il faut avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer à pied la plage et les commerces sont assez loin
