Beautiful air-conditioned apartment in residence with swimming pool and parking

Very quiet, all comfort, ideally located, close to the sea and the city center (10 min walk), swimming pool and garden on this floor, parking space for one car. The swimming pool is open in principle from 15 June to 30 September, if the weather permits the opening is extended. All the joinery has just been changed as well as the shutters, all double glazing and aluminum. The bedding is new. The swimming pool is completely redone for the next season, i.e. from 15 June 2013.

Lovely place at a fair price
We were met by a very friendly lady who was both helpful and engaging throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well supplied for self catering. A nice quiet area of town 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Only negative comment was the pool was not opened until a week after our stay, As you can see by the initial photo this is rather a selling point for the property? perhaps I should have read the small print? Would stay there again though. Best wishes. Richard Amey

Nous avons passe deux semaines de vacances superbes. Appartement conforme a l annonce,rien n y manque et tres propre. Et le plus la climatisation surtout quand il fait tres chaud. Tres bien situe pour visiter la region ou tout simplement profiter de la plage a 5 mn a pied et de la piscine. bof .......
literie moyenne .... et piscine fermée dès début octobre même avec un beau soleil et 28 degrés .... que la piscine soit fermée c'est un demi mal mais les abords de piscine ne sont pas accesibles pour y poser son fauteuil et y prendre le soleil ...... en octobre l'accès au parking était fermé a cléf et bien sur les clés fournies ne fontionne pas sur la serrure , il m'a fallu '' batailler pour laisser la porte du parking ouverte..... bref je suis assez decu et n'y retournerai surement pas .... sans compter que les places de parking sont très dificilement accessibles et cela tient de l'exploit pour sortir la voiture !

Un très bon accueil de Madze (pas sure de l’orthographe...). Appartement correct avec tout le confort, même pour les produits d’entretiens. Le hic la place de parking. Il faut pas avoir une grosse voiture. La résidence sympathique. Trés familiale.

Location très bien située , dans un quartier très calme et à peine 10mn du centre ville. L'appartement est très bien équipé,que ce soit en electroménager,vaisselle ou produits d'entretien.Deux bémols, une douche pas très pratique et un peu vieillotte, et la propreté qui n'était pas top lors de notre arrivée.Une mention spéciale pour Montsé pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Propriétaire très gentil et accueillant. La personne qui vous accueille, "Montsé", est vraiment adorable. L'appartement est plutôt bien placé. Il y a une boulangerie juste à 100m, des supermarchés accessibles à pied. La plage est elle aussi accessible à pied. Comptez environ 15min de marche. Par contre, la route est assez pentue. Concernant l'appartement en lui même, il est grand, plutôt propre et fidèle aux photos que l'on peut trouver sur le site. Le mobilier n'est pas tout neuf mais il a le mérite d'être a l'épreuve des désagréments causés par des enfants par exemple. L'appartement est très bien équipé en termes d'électroménager. Il ne manque que le lave vaisselle. Le bémol est la salle de bain qui manque de fraîcheur et qui aurait besoin d'un petit coup de neuf. Gros point positif : la clim. Il y a aussi un parking mais attention si vous avez une grosse voiture car il est vraiment très exigu. La piscine est propre, grande et à l'abris du vent. C'est un très bon point lorsqu'il y a trop de vent pour aller à la plage. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité prix que je recommande fortement.
