Emplacement idéal
Si vous voulez découvrir Rosas, Cadaqués, Girone, c'est la situation révée.Sortez des sentiers battus pour les restaurants dans le coeur de ville de petites pépites. Prenez le parking en sus pour ce garer c'est compliqué. Ne passez pas à côté du marché le dimanche matin et des halles. L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte le top !!! La literie est confortable et l'appartement bien équipé Le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la route, mais les Espagnols toujours aussi chaleureux. On reviendra certainement en septembre

Nous avons passé un bon séjour entre amis dans cet appartement très bien situé sur la baie de Rosas. L'appartement est spacieux avec une magnifique vue sur le balcon et dans le séjour. Accueil et disponibilité de l'hôte très agréable. Nous recommandons cette location.

Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Gewisse Zimmer sind die Fenster zum Lichtschacht aber mit den vielen Ventilatoren geht es sehr gut.Direkt am Strand und ca 5Minuten zum Zentrum. Preisleistung stimmt Gerne wieder Theresa ist sehr angenehm als Vermieter

Tolles appartement
Für uns war das Appartement perfekt. Tolle Lage für all unsere Vorhaben. Nur 15 min zur Tauchbasis rosessub und die Restaurants sind direkt nebenan. Der Strand befindet sich über der Straße vor der Tür und der Balkon ist groß und mit Meerblick. Phantastisch. Das Appartement ist in einem top Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieteren hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons ete tres enchantés de notre semaine de location a Rosas. Nous avons ete accueillis tres chaleureusement par notre hote Teresa. C est une personne tres dévouée et soucieuse de notre bien etre. L appartement est tres joli , tres propre et tres confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Super Lage !!!
Die Lage ist toll . Man sollte wissen das alle Räume außer das große Schlafzimmer keine richtigen Fenster haben sondern nur Fenster die in einen Lüftungsschacht gehen das kann gewöhnungsbedürftig sein uns hat es nicht gestört . Man kann ein Parkplatz mieten das sollte man in der Hochsaison in Erwägung ziehen wir hatten Glück und haben immer vor dem Haus ein freien Parkplatz gefunden .

nous avons passé une semaine vraiment magique en cette arrière saison dans cette merveilleuse ville de rosas , très peu de monde , un temps splendide et l appartement parfait pour couronner le tout , rosa et une hôte très charmante et très accueillante , nous n avons manqué de rien et donc je recommande aux personnes souhaitant découvrir rosas et ses alentours de louer chez cette dame , encore un grand merci et a très bientôt je l espère .

Super vacances !
Superbe séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Très bien équipé. Nous avons séjourné à 8 (1 bébé, 2 enfants, 1 ado, 4 adultes), et nous avions tous de la place. Pensez à mettre un ventilateur dans la chambre côté terrasse pour dormir la fenêtre fermée pour ne plus entendre les bruits des camions poubelles et des nettoyages de rues. Aucune inquiétude cependant. La fenêtre fermée, on n'entend plus rien! Teresa est adorable et de bon conseil. Nous n'hésiterons si nous revenons sur Roses. Bien prendre le temps de se renseigner sur les parking en haute saison.

We waren hier in mei. De lokatie is top. Aan het strand, supermarkt en bakker om de hoek. Ruim balkon op de zon. Op het strand een voetbalveldje waar de kinderen lekker speelden. Appartement is authentiek, compleet en goed uitgerust. Keuken en sanitair iets verouderd maar voor ons was het prima, want alles functioneert. Fijne ontvangst van Teresa met goede tips! Dank

Petit paradis
Accueil excellent, Madame Teresa est très gentille, à l'écoute des vacanciers et donne de très bons conseil pour profiter au maximum des vacances.. L'appartement est très joli, avec tout le confort, la terrasse est plus qu'agréable, avec une vue paradisiaque sur la plage et la mer. Je le recommande et j'ai hâte d'y retourner. Belle appartement bien situé
Une petite semaine en famille, l'appartement est propre mais nécessite une petit rafraîchissement et les frais de ménages à 85 euros c'est trop cher et de faire payer la bonbonne de gaz pour nous chauffer. Sinon Teresa a été très agréable et attentive.
