Great for no frills Italian beach break
Well positioned for very close beach, with umbrella and two 'sdraio' deckchairs included in room rate (sun beds available for extra €5 per day). Rosburgo Sea Resort is a clean and very friendly basic residence (we stayed in a well equipped ground floor studio, with good sized enclosed yard area) although very close to the busy train line that runs the length of Italy's Adriatic coast.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Appartement mit seitlichem Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit auch bei der Wahl der Ausflugsziele. Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und nach Roseto degli Abruzzi kann man sehr gut mit dem gemieteten Bike von der Unterkunft shoppen oder essen gehen. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!!

Struttura comoda poiché vicino al mare . Da organizzare meglio l’appartamento ( specchio poco fruibile , dotazione di stoviglie approssimativa …). Ha buone potenzialità inespresse ( magari dotare ogni appartamento di un phon fisso come quello degli alberghi …) .

Molto consigliato.
Durante il soggiorno non si è verificato alcun problema in quanto lo staff si è mostrato attento e gentile, oltre che sempre in grado di fronteggiare i piccoli imprevisti che normalmente si possono verificare (telecomando assente in stanza, mancanza del materassino nella culla). La struttura si presenta in ottime condizioni, con locali puliti e ben tenuti. Nel mio caso, la prenotazione comprendeva il servizio lido, con ombrellone e due sdraio. La spiaggia è molto vicina, si impiegano circa tre minuti a piedi per raggiungerla con tutta calma. La zona è tranquilla e poco distante dalla zona più movimentata del centro. Esperienza molto positiva. La rifarei senz'altro.

Vacanza in famiglia
Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la struttura è abbastanza nuova ed il personale alla reception sempre disponibile. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario x trascorrere in maniera confortevole il soggiorno, se proprio devo fare un appunto, sarebbe stato comodo avere a disposizione il microonde, soprattutto avendo bambini.... Ho soggiornato su una camera che affaccia verso i binari del treno, sarà che ci sono abituato, più di tanto non ho patito questo disagio, anche perché la notte avendo tt chiuso e usando il climatizzatore, i rumori si sentono poco. Cmq lo consiglio, ha una buona posizione, lontano dal trambusto della parte più movimentata di Roseto. Un apprezzamento va al Signor Giuseppe, presente sempre in struttura e molto disponibile. Spero di ritornarci presto.....

Ottima struttura a due passi dal mare
Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana in questo residence. Si accede alla spiaggia senza dover attraversare la strada, appartamento pulito e ben curato, personale molto gentile, in particolare il signor Giuseppe è un valore aggiunto a questa struttura, sempre cordiale e disponibile. Il residence Rosburgo è una struttura nuova e funzionale, il bilocale in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto ampio (molto più di una comune stanza d'albergo) composto da una stanza soggiorno-angolo cottura che da su un ampio terrazzo dotata di divano letto matrimoniale, e di una camera matrimoniale molto ampia (con divano accessorio trasformabile in letto aggiuntivo) che da sul medesimo terrazzo. Ambiente pulito, ben rifinito (seppure non lussuoso) e piacevolmente condizionato. Il bagno, privo di finestra, è dotato di cabina doccia e sanitari comprensivi di bidè. La struttura è facilmente accessibile e dotata di rampe per disabili e ascensori, ampi spazi comuni, un bar interno, una piscina non grande ma fruibile dotata di docce e adatta anche ai bambini. Il complesso residenziale in cui si trova è moderno, ben costruito, a vocazione turistico-ricettiva, ed è di fronte all'ampia spiaggia adriatica di Roseto. Nel prezzo del residence è compreso lo stabilimento con 2 sdraio (lettini extra) ed ombrellone: il Lido Sahara. Lo stabilimento è ottimo, uno dei più belli della zona: di sera diventa pizzeria, ha un ampio bar per aperitivi e quant'altro, docce e sanitari, un'area giochi per bambini con giostrine ed un'altra con gonfiabili (la cui fruizione è tutta inclusa). Un paio di volte a settimana c'è anche l'animatore per bambini sulla spiaggia. Gli ombrelloni sono un pò più stretti che negli stabilimenti vicini, ma pulitissimo. Non è distante la ferrovia, ma non ci ha dato fastidio.

Tutto molto positivo, unica nota stonata il monolocale era di fianco ai bidoni della spazzatura per cui ogni mattina venivamo svegliati all'alba dal rumore dei camion che svuotavano i bidoni..a parte questo è stato tutto perfetto, sicuramente se ci sarà l'occasione di tornare terremo presente questa struttura
