strandnahe Apartments mit Pool
Gepflegte Apartment-Anlage im ruhigeren Teil von Rosolina Mare. Uns wurde erst ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss zugewiesen, das wir als sehr dunkel empfanden. Der Meerblick fehlte auch. Nach Bitten um ein Apartment weiter oben haben wir ein solches auch bekommen. Der Grundriss des Apartments war ein langer Schlauch, von dem alle Räume abgingen. Das kleine Zimmer und Bad hatten ein Fenster zum Schacht. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Sofa im Wohnraum jedoch ziemlich schmutzig und abgenutzt. Die Küchenzeile war eher von der günstigen Sorte, hatte schon so einige Macken und Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr knapp bemessen. Die Terrasse war schön groß. Ein großes Plus war auch das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine. Schöner Pool, allerdings teilweise extrem überfüllt. Auch manchmal etwas zu laute Musik. Den Strandabschnitt der Unterkunft haben wir nicht genutzt, da hier nochmals 17-20 € pro Tag für Liegen und Sonnenschirm anfallen. Stattdessen waren wir am kleinen öffentlichen Strandabschnitt, der fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Rund um die Apartment-Anlage sind einige gute Cafés und Restaurants. Mehr davon findet man am anderen Ende von Rosolina Mare (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Am Abend bis ca. Mitternacht wird es teilweise sehr laut durch Musik aus Bars und Restaurants. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft um einen entspannten Strandurlaub zu erleben.

Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, auch ist immer jemand erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchen sollte. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und fleißig. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sei es der dazugehörige Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Der Ort selber ist ziemlich ruhig, die Atmosphäre drumrum sehr familiär und gemütlich. Es war ein sehr entspannter Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Hund. Danke an Marinela und dem Rest des Teams des Sabbia e Mare :)

Ho apprezzato molto la comodità del appartamento di recente costruzione per la sua posizione e per la vista perfetta sul mare e piscina. Migliorerei il servizio delle pulizie del appartamento, ma per tutto il resto davvero un bel posto, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Zona piscina molto curata, perfetta anche per bambini. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni molto rilassanti con colazione, pranzo e cena in terrazza panoramica. E sicuramente uno dei posti che ti lascia la voglia di ritornare...

Bello e comodo, proprio davanti alla spiaggia, silenzioso e con un ottima aria condizionata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il terrazzo con le vetrate, ottima idea vedere il mare pranzando o cenando. Un residence molto buono
Un buon appartamento dotato di piccola cassaforte, aria condizionata, televisore schermo piatto, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde e forno tradizionale, inoltre stendibiancheria in dotazione comprensivo di mollette. Anche il set di stoviglie è abbastanza ben rifornito, curiosamente mancavano i mestoli. Ottimo anche il wifi fornito dalla struttura. La posizione è vicino alla spiaggia quindi in breve si arriva al mare, anche se il residence è dotato di piscina con personale sempre a disposizione per controllare i bagnanti. La reception è aperta dalle 8 alle 20 ogni giorno. Il garage è nel piano sotterraneo e viene fornito con le chiavi (2 copie) anche il telecomando per aprire i cancelli. Tutto il complesso è chiuso da un cancello che lo circonda completamente,rendendo più difficile l'accesso a estranei / malintenzionati. Bisogna portarsi la biancheria, l'appartamento non ne è provvisto. Prezzo buono. Personale efficiente e veloce nell'esaudire le richieste. Struttura recentissima.Consiglio. Quest'anno data l'emergenza Covid prima di accedere alla struttura ci hanno rilevato la temperatura corporea e c'era a disposizione il liquido di disinfezione delle mani. Il personale girava sempre con la mascherina.

La struttura è nuova quindi niente da dire, (unica cosa che non mi è stato detto dalla struttura e il parcheggio che è uno per sei persone quindi se ci vai in 2 macchine una resta fuori e bisogna pagare il parcheggio....
