Our stay at Hotel B&B in Rostock fell short of our expectations. Despite booking a four-bed room, we were given a room with only three beds, indicating a possible miscommunication between the hotel and Hotels.com. The rooms were uncomfortably small, leaving us feeling cramped and restricted. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, failing to meet our culinary expectations. While the staff were polite, the issues with room allocation and the underwhelming breakfast left us unsatisfied. We recommend that Hotel B&B improves communication with booking platforms to prevent such discrepancies. Additionally, investing in more spacious rooms and enhancing the breakfast offerings would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. We hope that this feedback aids in the hotel's efforts to provide a more satisfactory stay for future guests.
