Run down property with poor cleaning. Our room had stained furniture, torn/burnt bedding, stained bedding, the wind blew through the window, refrigerator stunk to high heaven, heater only worked manually leaving it cold in the night. The shower liner was in desperate need of cleaning. I wish there was somewhere else we couldve stayed but all rooms elsewhere were booked.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times now and never had any issues, but this time I was a little disappointed. When me and my spouse walked into our room, we were greeted by a big, dried up, bloody snot glob on the wall. Then in the bathroom, there was rust leading down into the tub to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable with taking a bath. We were able to switch rooms which was a lot better. Only downside of the new room was that they didn’t have the blackout curtains to block the sun in the morning, so the sunlight woke me up pretty early in the morning. There was a noisy family next to us who let their kids run around the room early in the morning to the point where it sounded like they were running up and down the hallway. That’s not on the staff, and I took care of that issue myself. I told the staff at the front desk about the issues we had with the first room, but overall, would stay here again.

The room was okay. The bathroom could use some work. Although the front desk said they were in the middle of a remodel, the bathroom could have been much better. Shower had an excessive amount of mold and mildew, bathtub had some mildew. Under sink was pretty bad. Floor was coming up in places. Other than the bathroom, bed could have been better. Overall, not the worst place we stayed, but certainly not the best.

Checking in was a hassle, ano5het family was given access to our room and opened our room door while I was bathing out little one, toilet seat was broken everytime you sit, you slide. I couldn't get shower to work, toulet did not flush properly.
