Highly recommend staying at this place. The manager was very accommodating even though we were a large group of 13 requesting accommodation on a short notice. We initially booked at a different hotel from Dec 24-27 and had a horrible experience and was looking for a place to stay on Christmas Day. When I called Comfort Suites, the manager was very kind, understood our experience at the other place with no milk, no breakfast (we had an infant), rude staff and immediately allowed us to check in to the hotel at 8:30 am and offered free breakfast for that day as it was Christmas Day with nothing open. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good and room service was provided daily. Kids enjoyed playing in the indoor pool. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

We stayed 3 times within 12 days in this hotel during our Christmas trip. We going via Roswell so stay 3 times. verything about our stay was easy and pleasant. Check-in was a breeze, the staff was professional, and the room was fresh and quiet. The waterfall showerhead in the bathroom was a great touch! One of the nicest hotels in the area for the price. 5/5 would recommend.
