This hotel was very spacious. They have been renovating and it’s not perfectly clean and some stuff is still a little dated (old tub had a little rust under the faucet) but it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had hot and cold options. I would definitely stay again

Trip was a family trip. Overall hotel is good but needs more detail in cleaning. Hotel room had an unpleasant odor, dust in light fixtures and pictures. Breakfast was the same options every day. Dust in the fixtures and decor again in the breakfast area. Cucumber water looked old never changed. The only reason we stayed was due to availability. Saturday night was better as we had a great employee working who played good music and made the place feel more comfortable and welcoming.

The property was not clean. The cleaning staff did not listen to me. We needed shampoo and conditioner from the very first night and reminded them everday and it still never got replaced. We even told the front desk and still nothing. We had trash left in our room and in the fridge. It was not a great place to stay. The pool area was not well ventilated and was not a safe place to be

The front desk staff was friendly and reassuring, especially when I asked about safety, which I appreciated. The breakfast was better than other hotels and consist of real eggs, sausage links, biscuit and gravy, waffles, with your typical coffee, milk, orange juice ... etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. My main concern was the bathroom. The stand-up shower had an unpleasant smell, and the rain shower attachment in the tub and shower combo looked like it was about to fall off.

Several Unauthorized charges made during stay

The stay at the hotel overall was good, however i was charged over 1800 on my credit card that has tied up usage due to refunds not being given right away. The initial payment was made and then 7 other charges incurred after. My card was being charged every day over the course of my 3 day stay. A major inconvenience. Ended up having to dispute charges with my bank.
