Day clerk was very nice. Night clerk a bit of a grouch. Bathroom and sink had hair left in it. The tub was rusted. Had to ask for wash cloths as there was only one for an advertising 5 person room stay. But yet, a sign stating you will be charged for missing bedding, towels etc. East side door could not be accessed from the outside. Am meal was not great although my husband liked only the sausage. If you’re a coffee person in the mornings bring your own. The coffee here is the worse coffee and it was noted not only ours but a lot of others threw it in the trash. The heating and cooling unit rattled all night and the traffic noise was terrible. We will not stay here again.

The accommodation was too costly for its poor condition - the place had a strong smell, falling curtains, dirty rusted toilet and bathtubs, and looked extremely nasty and unclean. The staff seemed indifferent, offering only apologies with no actual assistance.

I usually don’t have much to complain about when it comes to hotels since I typically just sleep there and head out, but this experience was different. The curtains were a mix of linen panels and heavier curtains, with the linen panels being white and somewhat transparent. Unfortunately, I noticed some unsettling splatters on the linen panels that were positioned in an upward direction. Initially, I tried to laugh it off, joking that maybe someone had spilled something, but my gut told me otherwise. My husband, who’s an EMT, suggested it could be anything, but we both couldn’t shake the feeling that something more disturbing might have happened, possibly even something as serious as blood stains from a tragic event. Needless to say, this made our stay very uncomfortable, regardless of what those stains were from. In addition to that, there was a drawing of male genitalia on the glass window that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and pubic hair was visible in several areas. It was evident that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, which added to the overall discomfort of our stay. I did leave a note for the staff, but the experience was far from what I would have expected.

The room was tidy but not clean. The bedding on both beds had something on it. One looked like poop, the other looked like coffee spill. When we walked in the room it was 80 degrees!!!! The front desk also needs a lot of improvement. There was what looked like a spill on a wall and the temporary divider on the counter was broken. The place was ok. I don’t think we’d stay again or recommend this place.

The property was older, the elevator seemed slow. The guy working the desk seemed like he didn’t want us to be there. After we checked in, he went and got on the elevator and went somewhere. Leaving us to wait for the elevator to come back.

Good location for Roswell attractions. A lot of dining options nearby but many close early. Queen beds comfortable, sofa bed not. AC noisy and toilet needed more flushing power.
