The room was very warm. The temperature stayed at 76. reported it to the staff and she said there was nothing she could do. We asked to move rooms and she said that wasn't an option.

Decent property. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was outstanding. Multiple choices to satisfy anyones needs. Property seemed safe and essy parking.

Disappointed in Pet Fee Charge (service dog)
The hotel was nice, staff was nice, and it was clean. However, I have a service dog and I have never been charged when staying in a hotel. The hotel didn't even tell me they were going to charge and to my surprise when I got the receipt after check out, there was a pet fee.
