Was ok - was a wedding on so music loud but finished 12.30 - had to wait and chase room service for my night cap but chap brought was very apologetic

In Need Of A Refurbishment.
The first room had road noise, so I thought the window was open. no, it was just very poor insulation from the road in front of the hotel. In the second room, we just could not get warm and in the morning, we found one window did not have a catch and was open on one side. There was mould in the bather room and the state of the air conditioning unit did need a good clean was overdue, hate to think if the filters had ever been changed.

Great stay. Comfy big room. Lovely breakfast.kids play areas were a big hit. Loved the swimming pool. Room 114 had a broken window seal so traffic noise could be heard in the room. Bathroom fan not working so bathroom very steamy.

Pleasant comfortable stay
Room smelt musty, and was dusty. Bed clean and comfortable. Bonus having the pool. The bathrooms could do with a toilet brush.
