You will feel special from the moment you walk into the new, very stylish and contemporary "Delazy Villa". Leave your worries behind and enjoy this exceptional tranquil villa located in the quiet Rotonda West on the Rotonda River. The 2,200 sq ft villa was completed in January, 2016 with clean comfortable bedding and furnishings waiting for you.
The living/dining/kitchen open concept area is spacious with high ceilings, snack bar and easy living flow and a smart TV. There are 3 sliding doors going out to the over-sized screened patio/pool from the dining and living room areas.
From the moment you wake up in your king size master suite facing the pool and river view, you have direct slider door access to enjoy bird watching from the patio/lanai, relaxing in your sparkling private pool, outdoor dining, or fishing from the riverfront. The master suite has bedside tables, chest of drawers and flat screen TV. The master bath has a large walk in shower and double vanity. The comfortable queen bedroom has another sliding door overlooking the patio pool and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. All bedrooms have walk in closets and the shared bathroom has another large walk in shower.
The villa is beautiful, safe and comfortable to stay at with plenty of fun activities nearby and pool to enjoy.
It's only 10-15 minutes to one of our relaxing nearby beaches or islands (Boca Grande, Palm Island and Manasota Key). With 39 miles of white sandy beach and easy parking, you're sure to enjoy several days at the beach. Your vacation could include lunch at a restaurant on the beach, outdoor music and dining, shelling, sunsets, dolphin watching, swimming, fishing or many other water activities. Our villa is ideally located for golfers with 15 golf courses in the area, the closest being within 5 minutes.
The location is ideal for relaxing or enjoying many area activities. There are several unique shopping areas for a day of shopping, parks and historical sites, art and entertainment festivals, nearby grocery stores, shopping malls, fresh markets, outlet malls, bars and fantastic restaurants for casual and fine dining (indoor and outdoor). Several walking paths are located within the Rotonda West circle along with two tennis courts and children's playground. This is the perfect location for short trips to Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, the everglades or Kennedy Space Center.

Beautiful Vacation Home
This is our second time staying at this beautiful property, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now that we have found this gem. The property itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, so it’s perfect for relaxing days spent by the pool. The view from the rear of the property, which can be enjoyed from inside the villa as well as outside on the lanai, is so lovely. Backed on to a canal, we saw an amazing array of wildlife including cranes, herons, egrets, turtles and alligators. The homeowner has worked hard to create everything you would want from a vacation home, and the property manager excels in how well they prepare the villa for your arrival. Cant say enough good things about this vacation home.

The Villa is to a very high standard. Everything you need is on hand. We had no issues at all during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Perfect villa for our family vacation
We loved Delazy Villa! It is a beautiful house by the canal with amazing wildlife to watch. It is super clean and very well maintained. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool temperature was just perfect for hot July days. The place is quiet and relaxing but still close to restaurants and white sand beaches. The owner is easy to communicate with and makes sure the guests have a nice and safe stay. We found the guest guide very helpful and informative. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home, cannot fault it in any way!
The villa is stunning - bright, airy, nicely furnished and very comfortable, a real home from home. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need – and more! We spent most of our time outside, the kids loved the pool (especially the amount of pool toys available!), we ate almost every meal at the outside dining table and the view of the canal is lovely. It’s so peaceful and relaxing; we saw alligators daily, turtles, lots of birdlife and the sunrises down the canal are beautiful. Our favourite local activities are hunting for sharks teeth and watching the amazing sunsets on the pristine beaches (Stump Pass and Blind Pass in particular) so we made good use of the beach equipment and cool boxes provided. We have been coming to Rotonda for about 20 years but this was our first time at this villa, I wholeheartedly recommend it and will absolutely return if the opportunity arises. One week here was simply not enough!

Wonderful experience
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed including plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything easily - cooked 2 dinners during our stay. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio, listening to the birds and watching the fish, turtles, and gators in the waterway. The pool was lovely and very clean. The temperature was perfect for swimming in the morning and the hottest parts of the day. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and other accessories for our days at the beaches. The information on beaches, restaurants, and activities the host put together was very helpful. Overall, it was a very nice week with no issues at all with the lovely home.
