This property had everything you could want. Like a mini apartment. Only stayed one night but wish we had more time. Very nice. Parking was difficult (small space), so we parked outside on grass area like many other larger vehicles.

Loved our unit. Enjoyed the hot tub one evening. Back bedroom was cold compared to other part of unit. Great water pressure. Very convenient to have the laundry in the unit. Tight parking. Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND when our daughter left her ipad. They first emailed us and then posted it to another hotel for us.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms also comes with portable heaters and fans. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Will book again if we visit Rotorua again

During a month travelling in NZ we learnt that there are big differences between "motels"- Kings on Peace is the finest of its type- our room was beautifully presented and newly renovated and - crucially- regularly and properly cleaned. A parking space is provided right outside your room and the facilities are top notch- washing machine in our bathroom and a terrace with hot tub and BBQ. All in all one of our favourite stays.
