I would always come back n stay at Ramada marama it’s such an amazing place. From the beautiful and tidy rooms to spa pool the surrounding it’s so incredible. It was my second stay and it’s definitely not the last. The staffs are so lovely the reception person helped me throughout the checking in process and she told me what’s available around if I needed to do grocery shopping. My kids love this place also so I highly recommend this place to other travellers and the ones with kids it would be amazing.

Unannounced upon booking, the pool was closed for repairs. Nice kitchen amenities, but no cutting board. Mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. Vent fan is so loud, no one wants to turn it on.

Lovely three night stay at the Ramada at Rotorua. Comfortable, well appointed and self contained accommodation. Friendly staff, good amenities though a shame the pool happened to be closed for maintenance whilst we were there.
