property was very clean and staff were super helpful, available parking was really appreciated. It was close to major thoroughfares so good for regional travel. Was not easy walking distance to train station (with luggage) but was close to an excellent market. Would recommend this property!

A Gem in Rouen!
The front desk staff were prompt, courteous, funny and could not have been more helpful. It is a hotel that is only 3 months old and so is in great condition and has been kept spotless. The close proximity to the twon center and all of the historic sites made it very easy for us. I would recommend the hotel is a heartbeat.

We were grateful for the flexibility of the staff and allowing us to check in early. The rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. Very comfortable and very convenient to the main tourist attractions as well as the Seine River and a plethora of restaurants of all types. Very happy with our visit.
