A QUIET DUPLEX FLAT --
Set on the last floor of a 3-storey halftimbered building (not fitted with a lift), this 38 m2 duplex apartment, naturally well lit, looks on to a court yard and enjoys very tranquil surroundings.

The flat can host up to 4 people and offers self-catering commodation :
- a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer.

It was not clean, cooking ware well used, bedroom difficult to access, awkward stairs to reach 4th floor and found the photos deceptive. The location was definitely the highlight and Julien was prompt enough

This place is cozy, cute and convenient, as advertised. There are 3 things you need to know, though: 1) It's on the top floor of a historic building, up 3 flights of narrow stairs (no elevator) -- might be hard to navigate with a lot of luggage. 2) The ceilings / doorways are low (again, historic building) -- if anyone in your party is taller than 6 ft, they will likely hit their head at lest once. 3) The sofa in the living area smells like smoke -- if you don't smoke / are allergic, it might bother you. (No smell in the bedroom or the main kitchen/ dining area).

My wife and 2 teenage boys stayed here in early July. Clean, bright and charming apartment in an old heritage building. Great location within walking distance to the sites and old Rouen - supermarket across the street was ideal and a 10 min walk from the train station. The pull-out sofa bed on the main level and the double bed upstairs were very comfortable. Nguyen and Agnès were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement pas très propre. La chambre est mansardée et très petite comparée à la photo du site. Mais le charme de Rouen a opéré heureusement !

A very cute apartment, decorated very nicely. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The website said the apartment had a clothes dryer--as an American I expected an electrical dryer. But, we only had a clothes rack. It made drying the clothes rather difficult since it rained a lot and the inside also seemed damp. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Great place to stay for two people! Close to Rouen center. Free parking within a 5 minutes walk. (Note that you will have to climb a narrow staircase to get into the apartment.)
