"We had a wonderful time; the house was very clean and spacious, we thoroughly enjoyed many games of ping pong and venturing out onto the frozen lake. "

"We escaped for a couple of days after the hustle and bustle of the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately, Mother Nature gave us warmer weather and little to no snow but we made the most of it! We spent a day in Wausau skiing and tubing and otherwise enjoyed time at the house and exploring Minocqua. The house is beautiful. It is updated and on the lake. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets and appliances but unfortunately though there was a coffeemaker the coffee pot was not there. We did go to the local gas station every morning for our caffeine. The house was very clean but could use a little dusting of the vents and the overhead light fixtures. There is a large driveway for vehicles. If there had been snow, we probably would have reached out to see if we could park in the garage. We were nervous by an unexpected knocking of the door after dark on our first night when the host notified us that the info in the book (and email) was incorrect and not updated with the correct host name or info. Overall, this is a lovely home and we would consider staying again! The basement has games, foosball, a large tv and ping pong. The laundry room was helpful after a day of skiing and tubing. There is plenty of seating for dining and the family room area is comfortable. If there had been snow, the house is located close to the Minocqua Winter Park. It is not far from Walmart. Highly recommend."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. We enjoyed the deck view, dock, and campfire area. Also a great area for soaking in some fall color drives. Bond falls in MI is definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive from the cabin. We hope to take our kiddos back during the summer. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the TV set up in the bedroom or bathroom. Ultimately, I was too busy reminding my husband who was the Yahtzee and Cribbage champ is so it didn’t impact our trip. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!"

"My wife, our 2 year old and two dogs spent a wonderful week at this cabin. The cabin provided us a perfect location where we had lots of privacy and a beautiful setting to hang out and enjoy being a family. We fished, took long walks in the national forest, and had campfires. It was perfect. We definitely would love to come back in the future. had c"
