Booked through hotels.com went to stay was sleeping in the bed and realized that I had bedbugs in the bed with me. I got out went to request a refund wanted to move rooms. They would not move me and so I decided that I would need to go to a different hotel so I did. They said they would call me in the morning about the refund. I was told this morning that there would not be a refund because of it being through a third-party vendor like hotels.com. I would like someone from customer service with hotels.com to call me immediately.
When we entered the room it looked cleaned but smell very unclean. The reason the room smell like it did was because it was not cleaned. I found this in the room the next morning. This sock did not belong to us. I truly expected more from this hotel. I expect this to happen at Quailty next door.
