Summary:
One of six individually designed apartments set within in a traditional Regency building in Royal Leamington Spa.

This 5 star standard two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with free parking is an easy 10 minutes walk from the centre of Leamington Spa with it's many cafes, bars, delis and restaurants.

The Space:
The apartment is situated on the top (third) floor of converted 5 storey Regency townhouse, which is typical of the architecture in Leamington Spa. The apartment has been luxuriously designed and furnished to the highest standard and is truly a home from home.

There is a private parking space and as well as additional street parking should you bring more than one car. The apartment has two bedrooms and the beds can be made up as either a king or separated to form two single beds - just ask! The apartment is great for one to four people, but we can accommodate up to two more on the sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom also has an en-suite

Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included.

The living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs, with Netflix and catch up TV in the living room. The living room TV also has a sound bar for cinema like sound and blue tooth connection for playing your own music.

The kitchen is fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking options. There is also a separate washing machine

The Neighborhood:
Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful and prosperous town located in the heart of Warwickshire. With a current population of around 50,000, the town’s growth was largely due to the natural spa springs that were discovered and commercialised in the nineteenth century.

The apartment is located just south of the town centre and is a perfect base for exploring the town itself as well as the neighbouring Shakespearean cities of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon.

With a town centre of around a third of a mile square, getting around Royal Leamington Spa couldn’t be easier. All areas of the town centre are easily accessed on foot within a ten minute walk, which is a great way to appreciate the stunning Regency architecture.

There are many tours and trails available in Leamington; whether you are interested in architecture, art, horticulture or the quirkier side of the town’s history.

Getting Around:
The apartment is a short walk from Leamington Spa train station and 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

Great place!
This was a great place to stay. It seemed recently remodeled, providing amenities that make your stay even better (like TVs in each bedroom with full satellite access). Check in was clear and easy with helpful information on everything needed. Good location and plenty of parking, if you have a car. Definitely recommend!

As two ladies travelling on business, we were unhappy with the location as the apartment didn’t appear to be in the best part of town. Also the condition of the outside of the building and entrance porch was very untidy, with lots of cigarette ends and lighters littering the pathway. The building and windows need attention. The inside staircase was tidy but the carpet on the stairs was loose in a number of places and was dangerous. The flat itself is up 6 flights of stairs at the top of the building. The apartment although clean had a musty unused smell

Lovely but
It was beautiful. No air conditioning, the blinds in the master aren’t the greatest and you have to walk up 5 flights to the unit which we didn’t know about ahead of time. The area was awesome and if you don’t mind walking 5 flights it’s an awesome property

Charming Apartment
We were directed to HomeAway by another rental company due to a last minute cancellation and it turned out to be quite a discovery. HomeAway is very professional and yet friendly to deal with. The apartment itself was charming. Well thought out with amenities etc. Other than the master bathroom being a bit small could really fault nothing.
