A kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, even on vacation: 3-burner induction hob, electric oven, extractor fan, microwave, filter coffee maker, NESPRESSo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine... with access to the garden and terrace for outdoor meals.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with 1 140cm bed, one of which opens onto a terrace.
A shower room with toilet.
For teenagers going out in the evening, the bedroom with 1 140cm bed in the basement with access from the outside is ideal. You can get in without making a sound :).
Take advantage of the terrace and garden at the back of the house for meals during the day or in the evening under a starry night sky.
Fancy a moment of relaxation or a nap in the shade? Curl up on the sun loungers and recharge your batteries!

If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
