I was quite disappointed with my stay here despite the many excellent reviews. My room was very clean and tidy, decent space, nice bathroom and shower, good Wi-Fi. There was no radiator but the air-con unit went warm and there were two portable heaters in the room, so it was warm enough. My main issues were the amount of light in the room making it very difficult to sleep. I had two large floor-to-ceiling windows, one was the door. The window faced the shop out the back and the door faced the road. There was a curtain which barely covered both large panels of glass, there was so much light coming in from both sides of the room. There was also a bright green light above the door (emergency light, not needed I'm sure) combined with a Wi-Fi access point (router) on the ceiling which also had a bright green light, both of which illuminated the room green when all the lights were turned off, it was very distracting and difficult to sleep. I had to get creative and wedge pillows and towels in the gaps to block out some of the light but the Wi-Fi point was so high up I could not reach. Then in the morning I went to the pub for breakfast but there was no-one there to sit me down and fetch it for me. I stood there for about 10 minutes, one or two staff went by and said hello but didn't ask if I needed again. So I decided to just leave without breakfast. For the money paid I am extremely disappointed and would not stay here again
