very reasonable priced on short notice, flat was safe and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, but expected in the area. Breakfast was excellent, would visit again.

The parking lot was busy and we had to find a public place. The breakfast was in a different place, 10km distant and also we waited 1 hour to be served (they were late).

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Der ausgepriesene "Raucherbalkon" war gesperrt. Hotel hochrenovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück gibt es nur am Wochenende mit Vorbestellung. Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Eher auf Monteure ausgerichtet, die eine Übernachtung brauchen.

Positiv: Sehr günstig Negativ: - Personal am Telefon sehr unhöflich. Ich habe online versehentlich für das falsche Datum gebucht. Eine Umbuchung wollte man nur gegen eine Gebühr von 50 Euro vornehmen, es gab keinerlei Kulanz, obwohl das Hotel am Tag der Buchung definitiv nicht ausgebucht war. - Restaurant geschlossen - Nur drei (3!!) Parkplätze neben dem Gebäude. Der nächste öffentliche Parkplatz befindet sich in einiger Entfernung an einem Sportplatz. - Im Seifenspender befand sich nur Wasser, das vermutlich der letzte Gast aufgefüllt hat, weil der vorletzte Gast die Seife leer gemacht hat. Hier wurde offensichtlich mehrfach der Füllstand nicht überprüft. - Toilettenbrille wackelig und nur einseitig befestigt - Kein Rauchmelder im Zimmer, lediglich die leere Halterung unter der Decke - Bettwäsche roch nach kaltem Rauch. Entweder hat der letzte Gast geraucht oder das Personal raucht beim Falten der Wäsche - Toiletten im öffentlichen Bereich im Erdgeschoss stark verdreckt, kein Papier in den Kabinen oder zum Abtrocknen neben den Waschbecken. Kippenstummel neben der Toilette. Nie wieder!

Leider keine gute Bewertung. Erstens das gebuchte Doppelzimmer in ganzem Hotel war nicht vorhanden. Es wurde ein anderes Hotel ca. 9 km entfernt vorgeschlagen. Sonst ist eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss, die "duftet" bis zur Rezeption. Das zweite Hotel (Emmerich) war sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Die Einrichtung und die Fliesen sind aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Das Warmwasser war ausgefallen. Fernsehen ging auch nicht. Niemals wieder... !
