The room itself was ok, the location was not the best. Very dirty outside and not safe vibes. The staff was not the best, we thought breakfast was included but they charged us $27fracs each, there’s a lady that comes around asking for your room number while you’re eating. I didn’t like that at all, made me feel super uncomfortable.

We stayed here because of an early morning flight from Zurich. Despite the hotel being right next to the airport, it was very quiet in our room. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located next to the airport for early morning/late night arrivals. Proximity to train station with access to Zurich city center. I didn’t like that while the shuttle from airport to hotel is free, the other direction (hotel to airport) has a charge. Annoyed that hotel only accommodated early check in with extra 65 Swiss francs charge for room (even though there was one available)… otherwise staff was nice and helpful and property was clean and in good condition. Basic but nice airport hotel.

The hotel did not provide the free transport to the airport as advertised. When mentioned it to the staff, they made no attemps to rectify the situation or offer another complimentary ride. The blankets in the rooms were also dingy and old. Overall this hotel is somewhere to stay for a quick layover, nothing special.

Nice modern hotel. The room and bathroom were nice and clean and the beds really comfortable. Parking was easy and the breakfast was ok as it had limited options. Overall really convenient location near the airport and great place to stay.

The hotel is fairly new and clean. The breakfast has good selection and the staff was friendly. Across the street was a supermarket called Migros and Subway and a small clothing store. Crossing the street to these places was a bit unsafe from the hotel as lots of cars were crossing fast and two lanes in each direction. The bus to and from the airport is good and on time.

Nice hotel ruined by that staff…
Bad experience. Staff was not being helpful when asked for shuttle bus information. Just told us to read online and explain reluctantly, seems like feeling annoyed. When called to ask for some info, they just rudely hung up on us after replying. Especially the lady staff, particularly mean and rude, showing zero respect throughout our conversation. Overall, the room was nice but disappointed by that lady staff who seemed to be always having a bad day :)
