We are opening our family vacation home to guests. Bring your family to this peaceful spot in the mountains! The area is very safe, quiet, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Wake up to deer in the front yard and keep an eye out for elk and wild horses in the neighborhood.

Overall we had a great time. The things that we liked: cleanliness except, carpet was old and stained, quiet neighborhood, great deck, beds were comfortable. Things we were disappointed in: old stained carpet and rugs, home is smaller than appears in pictures, old batteries in some remotes, appliances are dated and stove top did not work efficiently however the oven baked fine. For those on a budget this would be a fine choice.

We had a great time! We were comfy, warm, end enjoyed our short stay. FYI, The Brita water container leaked in the refrigerator so we took it out. Some of the water froze on a shelf. We used the refrigerator very little though. The hand soap containers were not filled, but we did find some and fill them up ourselves. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves. Deer came up to the porch area and we enjoyed just watching them.

Cozy!
This property was very cozy. The location is ideal and literally walking distance to your local restaurants and parks. The space was great for my family and I. I was at the property for a baseball tournament and this property couldn’t have been more ideal and convenient.

Cute place and clean. Photos make it look bigger than it is, but to be expected. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors are quite close. Scrap wood (lots of nails) in back could be an issue for children.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The house was clean and ready for us. Everything we needed or wanted was at the house. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and other needed items. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and allowed us to enjoy our time together without interruptions. We had a baby deer and a momma deer who visited one day. My phone app for VRBO was giving me some trouble on our way, and I messaged the owner. He got back to me immediately with the check in information . Check in and check out were both very simple. If we return to Ruidoso, we will definetly stay here again!

Super cute and comfortable
Very comfortable, quiet and cute place. Had everything we needed and more, best part was drinking our coffee on the porch every morning and having the deer walk right up to us. Would definitely stay there again.
