Love this hotel
This stay was a last-minute decision after helping our daughter move into her dorm at the local university. We have stayed here before and expected the stay to be excellent. We were not disappointed. Our room along with all of the other facilities were spotless and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Room was much smaller than exspected and was not clean the hide a bed we had was covered in pee stains. When bringing this up to the front staff they waited tell 9pm to ask if we wanted to switch rooms. We thought breakfast was included and it was not they unchanged for the possibility of damaged rooms so you you get your money back after they determine if u damaged it

The property was poorly managed. The rooms were not cleaned and when we requested a different room, they told us we could not move to a different room. The refrigerator did not work and the restaurant/bar was poor at best. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. J W Marriott was a life insurance client of mine. I know his address which is located outside of Baltimore. He needs to be aware of his terrible service. Very disturbing.
