Upon departure, I experienced a significant issue with my 2024 vehicle that made driving unsafe. Andrew at the front desk was exceptional in his assistance. He proactively suggested several solutions and personally checked on them, ultimately coming up with a great idea that allowed me to get home safely. Thank you, Andrew, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your help! Additionally, I had a delightful experience booking the rooms, which made an overall great experience. Thank you!

The location was easy to find and close to where I wanted to be. The mattress was ok, not the most comfortable I've had but not the worst. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual selection but there was plenty of it. Wish hotel rooms had brighter lights in them, was a little darker than I like and the temperature thermostat was not easy to use.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff members were very helpful and kind. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The only complaint I would have is that the hot tub is no longer there, even though it's in the pictures. We did enjoy swimming in the pool with our children after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again.
