I loved this hotel! This was my first time doing a self check in but seemed to work smoothly. It felt like I was the only one in the hotel though as I didnt see a single person or staff member!

Great location, beautiful comfortable room, helpful staff when phoned. I would definitely return. However 2 comments, although there is a kitchen in the room, the cooking amenities/utensils was limited. 1 breakfast plate, 1 cake plate and 1 tea cup plate is limited for 2 people. No cooking utensils.There is no staff on sight after 11am. Everything is self check in and out. Made the experience less personal.

The property is malfunctioning and I spent a lot of time wasted with people trying to fix problems. A real waste of time and money. Avoid this because the staff have an attitude and unwilling to even offer a refund based the problems I had. AVOID AVOID

Wij verbleven in de Jacob balcony suite, voor de prijs per nacht heb je een heel luxe ppartement tot je beschikking voor max 4 pers. Alles is heel ruim. Slaapbank (staat in woongedeelte) is kingsize en keurig opgemaakt alleen is het matras aan de harde kant. Natuurlijk geen probleem als je daarvan houd. Keuken is compleet ingericht en netjes. Er zijn geen receptiemedewerkers in het pand aanwezig maar goed telefonisch bereikbaar. Spreek je liever iemand persoonlijk kan je op maar op 5 min loopafstand bij the Duke terecht. Al met al is dit hotel zeker een aanrader, zeer tevreden.

mooie kamer, mooie locatie. digitaal inchecken ging niet goed, wel goede hulp van medewerker op afstand. onduidelijkheid over al dan niet inbegrepen ontbijt (was niet inbegrepen in de prijs), en bij gebruik van het ontbijt werd dit zonder notificatie van onze creditcard gegevens afgeschreven. Daarna wel goed hersteld door de manager na telefonisch contact

Lækker rummelig lejlighed beliggende lige i centrum. God plads til familie på 4. Dejligt med balkon ud til fredeligt område. Rent og pænt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The room had great potential but the combined problems with a self check-in code that did not work, no one to contact, pubic hairs on the toilet and bugs in the bathroom could not compensate for it
