Ski trip to Gstaad
The hotel was excellent in every respect. We arrived early (11.30)to see if we could leave our car while we went to the skiing. We were shown to our room right there and then. We got changed and they ran us to ski lifts. When we finished skiing at the end of the day we called the hotel and the owner herself came and picked us up. Beautiful room and excellent service will definitely use this hotel again

Facilities were disappointing, no hot water facility (kettle) in room, 1 coffee capsule per person/day. Breakfast was very good and excellent service at breakfast, reception desk was often unattended. The photo on Agoda/Alpenrose website does not seem to represent the current existing reality.

Séjour fantastique. Toute l'équipe de l’hôtel et du restaurant est aux petits soins. Nous avons pu entrer dans la chambre plus tot que prévu et avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires pour un superbe weekend.
