The home is only 50 m from the beach, which also has a jetty. You can go boating here. There is also a miniature golf-course on the harbour. The Knuthenborg Safaripark is worth a visit and is only an hour's drive away. You can also visit the Fuglsang Art Museum between Nykøbing Falster and Nysted or the Maribo Golf Course. The nearest restaurant is 300 m from the home and you can buy supplies 3 km away.
