It was a nice place that was in a great spot, close to the highway, close to the concert venue i went to. the rooms were clean and well maintained. soft bed great for the 1 night i stayed.

Room was ok for a suite but the AC was very poor and didn’t even cool one of the two rooms. The elevator was kind of janky and the area around the elevator was dirty. Check out was 11am and they do not allow even a 30 minute later checkout.

Very happy I got firm pillows. So many hotels have pillows that collapse under use, but these were great. The hotel is in the center of a lot of activity, so it is a bit noisy here. Staff are very friendly and hard working. I opted for the pool view room, so you're goingvto hear kids playing, which I like, but the ither side of the hotel is for quiter folks.

Lugged three kids in as a single mother to find dirty towels and dead cockroaches on the floor. Was going to let the towels slide until i found bugs. Most disgusting experience ive ever had in a hotel. For the price i was supposed to pay and what i walked into was ridiculous. Do better.

My coffee maker didn't work. The lady working the breakfast area had bad attitude. Table dirty. Ran out of coffee 15 minutes before closing breakfast. I told her of coffee, she said I KNOW. Go get in lobby. Front desk clerk didn't care about either problem.

Staff was amazing. The ladies in charge of breakfast each morning are rockstars and need a raise! Every staff member that I came in contact with was friendly and kind.
