I asked for a handicap room - ADA approved. The room I was given was not. I asked the agent if they had a handicap room and I was told that the room was. The room had no walk in shower and no room for the wife's wheelchair. VERY inconvenient.

Check-in attendant took awhile to get to front counter and when they did they took care of the call coming in first while I stood there for 15 minutes and were not the most welcoming. Property was dated and made it feel dirty. Door in the room I was in had large gaps around it where light and noise came through. Shower was not cleaned well and was slippery/slimy on floor. The whole vibe felt old and dirty.

My check in was great. I arrived 2 1/2 hours early. I must have hit I80 at the right time. I got to Roseville in less than 2 hours from SF Bay Area. Of course I do drive a BMW. The woman working the front desk accommodated me as I had a gig that evening and needed to be there early. No problem. She was very nice. Breakfast the next morning was very good. Quiet night. I would definitely Att go there again.
