They gave me a room that was 3 flights up..The elevator didn’t work and they didn’t even tell me and the ice machine didn’t work on my floor as well , had to pay 10.00 for parking the was not mention up front as well.

Boiler was down!
No hot water from the shower! Boiler was broken. Should have been told that when I checked in that evening. Tried taking a shower after 10 hours on the highway. Found out the hard way.

I was given the option for digital key if I were to download the app and there was even option to check in early with my choice of the room however that was not the case. The app didn't work throughout my stay especially digital key I would still have to go in person and check in. The next day the key card that was given to me didn't work so I have to go back to the front desk and ask for a new one, which was inconvenience since the parking to my room was behind the building and walking in the cold out outside around the huge building was not going to be an option for me. My friend also got a deluxe room which she paid $45 more for but was given the same room plan on the same floor as mine which was a basic 1 king bed room. She was upset so she decided to talk to the front desk agent about the situation but was told that all their room are the same size and there's no delux room. However their website and Expedia website did offer a deluxe room. My friend was told that they can't do anything about it for they don't have a bigger room for her. She was too tired to escalate the problems and just left it like that but if Hilton did not offer such room in there hotel they should not advertise it!

Hotels.com and Hilton do not communicate
Check-in was horrible. They insisted that I call Hotels.com to get my confirmation number which I feel I should not do that once I book with Hotels.com then that should be it. They should have all the information they need.

Double booked, was told by the front desk the second booking would be refunded. It was not I was charged for a stay 3 weeks later I didn’t use Nov 22 and told to essentially kick rocks by your customer service. We wish the king beds had king sized pillows. Shower took an extra long time to heat up. TV was not working and maintenance came (he was super nice) but was only able to get an odd app to work where we could not watch live tv. Also the lobby was so cold we were not able to utilize the area and hang out with people.
