I'd pass for next time
The first room they gave us, was in a building with boarded-up windows and broken doors. The second room they gave us was nicer, but many sketchy people walked around the parking lot. It did not seem very safe.

The hot tub is out of service and gross. The room was comfortable but thats it. The key creator was broken so check in was a challenge and required multiple visits.

Although I did arrive at the hotel later in the evening, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to check me in as there was no one at the front desk. The hotel staff then proceeded to ignore me until the computer restarted which took another 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. No apologies or anything. Needless to say I was upset and it showed. Still the system seemed to be having issues and I had no key to get in my room. Had no Wi-Fi service for the night as well. Horrible customer service. Really made the first night of my stay horrible.

Miserable despite the renovations
Front desk wasn’t super friendly, the room air conditioning did t work. It was set on 60 and high and the room temperature was so hot. We could barely sleep it was so hot. The tv stand was black with probably mildew from water damage. Holes cut oddly in the bathroom ceiling… two bath towels, when we had 4 people registered. Had to ask for more to be brought up. Took three times calling the front desk to get anyone to answer. It was a miserable - but I picked the non-refundable option so I was stuck. The millions spent on renovations were just to make the facade look ok.

Upon arrival the hotel was nice. We were put in tower 5 and got into the room and TV didn't work. They moved us to a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order so we climed 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage. No microwaves in the rooms cuz they said they're gearing everyone to purchase from their dining restaurant. The toilet was broken & plugged, had to call maintenance to unclog it. Double bedded room and bedding didn't match. Extra drain pipe was routed to shower/tub where the air conditioners were able to drain into the tub. Air conditioner in hallways were out and extremely hot. Kept calling front desk and no one was ever there to answer phone calls. Staff not friendly at all. Only 1 key was given because management didn't give plenty of extras for the night. Gym was hot, no air circulation. Hot tub out of order. Only stayed 1 night & it was awful.
