We thoroughly sanitize the home before each stay and offer disinfectant sanitizer wipes, hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray. If you are bringing your own please do not use any that contains bleach or harsh chemicals this could damage or bleach our furniture. Thanks in advance!

Spacious Private Victorian Home with gated large yard and your very own personal parking lot. Pictures will be updated soon as there currently is a fire pit, BBQ, & lots of sitting areas in the yard. We are a "Non Smoking Home", We provide an ash tray for designated smoking areas(Front porch, parking lot, back yard only). If not followed we charge a smoking fee. Walk to grocery store, bank, Walgreens and restaurants. Very close to the convention center, midtown/downtown areas and the golden one center! Kid Friendly, (we will add what you need) High chairs, pack in play, toys, bassinet, baby bath etc. Let us know what you need! Great for Large Groups, This is one of 2 private homes next to each other that we offer for large family gatherings or large groups if desired! If interested both homes at an additional charge for couch sleeping arrangements in the Victorian. Also, If desired we can open the back gate to next door and share access to both large yard areas. Shared gated parking for 5-10 cars max.

Quiet Neighborhood ready for your stay! Within walking distance to UC Davis Medical Center and Shriners. Shopping, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, Guild Theater all located near by.

Getting Around:
Public transportation nearby and parking on street and behind gate to private parking lot. Great areas for; Bike, Car, Walking, Lyft, Uber, Light Rail, Jump Bike, Jump Scooters.

**No Events Or Parties!

Our yard maintenance company tends to the yard in the front and back every Tuesday morning around 11am. They have a key and bring equipment in the yard area. Please keep this in mind, thank you!

**Strict No Events Or Party Policy, however we can accommodate larger groups in town. This home can be booked with the home next door that’s also an Airbnb!!! Please inquire for more information!

-Quiet time 10pm, No boombox speaker systems outside after neighborhood quiet time

-If having additional guests that are not accounted for on reservation please let host know to request approval

-No more than the sleeping count is allowed on the property unless host approves

-Smoking in designated smoking areas only

-Pets allowed with pet deposit that is refundable after your stay

-Longer stays over 10 days require an additional cleaning fee of $160. We will hold a cleaning deposit and if not necessary will refund after check out.

-Bookings on Thanksgiving & Christmas we require a cleaning deposit of $250 due to the possibility of having to deep cleaning the kitchens or home after the holiday. If no additional services are required we refund the entire amount back. This does not apply for guests with no reviews due to a deposit already being collected after booking. Guests with reviews the $250 will need to be collected before the check in date.

-No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Thanks for understanding in advance!
