We loved everything from the suite to the free breakfast. Free parking, comfortable bed, ample pillows, and a working elevator. We appreciated everything about this hotel and will be back again.

Sunday night, the hotel was almost empty. We were put in a room right next to the ice machine, elevator, and worst of all, lithe linen dryer. It shook our room all night. The tv shook so bad we couldn’t watch it. We called down to the front desk and were told it would be finished in two hours, nothing else they could do. Also our thermostat did not work. We were told 3 times maintenance was coming to the room, but they never did. It was a quick one night stay, in late out early. It was a miserable night. Would not recommend.

I checked in and the room had wet/dirty used towels that were folded up and stacked as if they were fresh towels. The TV stopped working the second day in. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the toilet didn’t flush well. Every single door on the 4th floor would slam and could be heard throughout the night even with two sound machines on. Most of the gym equipment is broken.

Worst Hotel experience ever!!!
Hotel staff was incompetent, beds are hard as a rock and pillows have barely any fill in them, Not enough parking (especially for ADA, which I had) I had to park across the street in a restuarants parking lot because of the limited parking and someone parked in a handicap space with no handicap plates or placards. Never staying there again!!! Checked out a day early and stayed somewhere else instead.

Late Night Traveler
Wonderful shuttle service from airport and it was 1:30am. We called the hotel and they sent the shuttle within 20 min. Check-in was a breeze and the gal was very sweet. Hotel is very dated and as a frequent traveler all over, very overpriced for the hotel BUT, friendly staff, comfy beds, GREAT hot breakfast choices and the way I know I can always trust and rely on Marriott, I would say this was a “win”!!
