Nice, spacious rooms
It was great! We ended up in an accessible room so we had a lot of space. The only slight thing that was wrong was the toilet seemed to be a bit broken and would run water for 5-10 minutes after flushing. That didn’t really affect our experience much though. Overall, very nice time and close - ish to apple hill!

I booked the room in advance. I arrived at the place and checked in and when I went to enter the room with my children and my wife, there were people inside the apartment with their things and accessories. The room was not available yet and they told me that it was and I had to go back to the reception to report this. Well, it was disappointing. Since my children were already with me, there were other people who were not dressed inside the apartment and I was very embarrassed by that.

When going to the hotel and trying to checkin we couldn’t because the room wasn’t ready not only for myself but other parents who had booked this same hotel. Then we were told to keep checking every 30min to an hour to see if a room became available. However we had booked these rooms in advance. Also the dryers in the facility don’t heat I had to do it twice after washing there so a soccer uniform could dry. Just the amenities that I had booked for weren’t up to par, this was also making sure the tables were cleaned in the dinning area during breakfast and they were messy.

We had a nice little weekend getaway here. Front desk staff is super nice. For ne, it was Maureen and Gaby. They were very friendly. The gentleman who ma aged the breakfast was also so sweet. His name was Adrian. Such a nice guy. I was bringing food back to the room for my little toddlers and he saw me struggle tryung to carry and brought me a small little tray. The pool and hot tup had a tad too much chlorine, but otherwise, we loved swimming. The breakfast was great. Definitely one of the better free breakfasts. Bed was alright. Wasn't the best ever but not the worst. We had the king suite, and thought it hD a great layout and was big! ONE HUGE complaint for us was the keys. They are the kind with a strip and hardly worked on the first try...often took a few tries. Trick- hold the door handle up just a little. Thanks for a great stay.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and nice. We needed maintenance on a couple occasions and they were right on it. Breakfast was good, and coffe was hot all day.
