Great hotel. Friendly staff. The only thing I can say that needs improving on is the amount of breakfast staff. There was only one girl trying to cook, clean and stock everything. Last week we waited 30 mins. For the omelets, potatos and sausage to be refilled. Today was better, but people stay there for work and medical appointments, we all needed to eat and run. She really needs some help.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. We were not told there was a fee to park at the hotel every night when we made the reservation. It looked like they had a gated and secure parking area for the fee, but the gate was not in use and definitely not secure. The hair conditioner in the shower was empty, there was no microwave in the room. The little store in the lobby was out of bottled water and any diet soda for diabetics to drink. When we went down for breakfast at 7:00am, they were out of the egg dish, bacon and potatoes. Again, not much for a diabetic to eat. We waited for 30 minutes for more of the egg dish and meat to be prepared. The egg dish was frozen omelets that just needed to be microwaved. The frozen, microwaved sausage patties were grey in color. I don't know why it took 30min to reheat frozen food. The room was very clean. The staff was very cheerful and welcoming. Check-in was very fast and easy.

Lovely locatio.
Great stay. Nice space. Fantastic location! The front desk employee went on a search for medications for my sick sister and that was so hugely kind and lovely. She was the nicest.

The room smelt like mildew, floors were dirty, sheets smelt like mildew, there was toys left under the bed from a previous stay. Stayed a total of 7 hours in the room just to sleep and all night there was noise. Sounded like a fridge was running all night long, thermostats light was so bright in my eyes, couldn’t sleep. I always stay at Hampton when I travel. I didn’t like this one. Also, got juice from the food area at 5(the door was half open) my daughter had surgery and couldn’t eat anything but was thirsty. There was no water or hot water but they had coffee. So I went in to get juice and a guy came in and made me feel wrong about getting my daughter a drink. I pay all this money to not be able to get a cup of juice? Also, your tap water stinks. Invest in a shower filter.
