The shower was terrible! To much light in the room it wasn’t dark enough. Also the bed was way too soft and noisy. The pillows were nice, the noise didn’t happen until the morning with the trains. The limited tv stations is another downside

Loved everything except our room cleaning. We stayed Thursday through Monday. We were not looking for changed sheets but certainly needed clean towels and empty garbage. Had to track down cleaner and were dissatisfied with response

Once you get into the hotel, it is very nice. Looks fairly new. The location is between the railroad tracks and the freeway. The parking is dimly lit, and I have just found out they charged me $11.50/day to park in their dirty parking lot. I would never return just based on this.

We loved everything about the property, except for one thing. When we went down for breakfast on Sunday, and there's no other way to say this, it was a mess. There was only one person working the breakfast, and it was very obvious he was overwhelmed by the amount of people. He couldn't keep up with the demand, and my wife and I thought it was very unfair that he had to handle it all by himself. Because he was on his own, the food choices were limited at best. The hotel needs to improve in this area if they are going to offer a free breakfast. Other than that, we loved the hotel. It was clean and quiet.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. The only thing I can say that needs improving on is the amount of breakfast staff. There was only one girl trying to cook, clean and stock everything. Last week we waited 30 mins. For the omelets, potatos and sausage to be refilled. Today was better, but people stay there for work and medical appointments, we all needed to eat and run. She really needs some help.
