Worst motel I've ever stayed at
Our stay was terrible from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms for our family of 5. Checking in took 45 min because so many people returned to the desk to complain about their rooms that the clerk could not complete our check in. There were no adjoining rooms, nor any rooms even close to each other. We switched rooms three times because most stank of cigarettes. The room key cards failed repeatedly throughout our two day stay. The phones did not work, light bulbs were out, there were no cups, one room had no trashcan, and the shades did not completely cover the windows, resulting in no privacy. The first night the front desk gave one of our rooms to another party, who attempted to enter at 12:30am. The breakfast area was crowded and there was not enough seating. The front desk insisted the beds were queen, but they are all doubles. I would never go back.

Lots of homeless roaming just off property but they weren't tolerated on the premise. The good news is the buildings are concrete so you can't hear your neighbors. Weekday breakfasts do not include sausage or scrambled eggs but weekends do.

I liked that it was convenient, as far as location and easy parking. Unfortunately the 2 days we stayed, while enjoying breakfast a homeless person accessed the premises and helped himself to breakfast, had a strong order and dirty, the manager was great in dealing with the stuation and was able to take action, but the next day another one entered without shoes, talking to himself, finished beverages, and nothing was done this that time. I know sometimes it's incontrolable, but overall I will be staying there again.

Checked in 10 /25 homeless and mental ill people by front entrance & elevator stunk of dried piss got to room people in others rooms were loud until around 3 am inside room some light worked tv turned on put did nothing chair was had vomit or mud splatter and towels were stained was to tired to go down and complain but was scared to sleep on bed cause of condition but did any way didn’t stay 2 nd night got refund and went to cleaner and better area it’s listed as a 6 but really should be a 3 or 2

Perfect for our needs
Location was perfect since we attended a concert at Discovery Park. The beds were pretty small, maybe full size. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of different choices.

Deceiving in ad
The pictures are very deceiving. It is run down. Our door had something splattered across it. Carpet was sooo dirty I was nervous walking on it. Shower tub was stained and towels had stains on them. It was convenient to stay there for our event so we roughed it out.

Pool was dirty and key to pool gate didn’t work. Loud music late at night. Had to call the front desk and it took another 30 minutes for it to stop. Charged twice on my credit card for the room.

While I was accommodated to still get a room without checking in ahead (needed to change method of payment in person) the room was not clean, the inside security bolt was broken off, no room service when requested before leaving for the day, breakfast was lackluster. Then to top it off, upon arrival while the property states free parking, since there was a festival that weekend they charged $20 parking fees for each night’s stay.

Checked in and noticed I was charged twice as much as I was supposed to pay, questioned as to why and the first guy said he didn’t know because it should have been only half of that. Then the manager took over and said again it should’ve only been the lower charge, but then backtracked and tried saying the other guys English is bad and that he never said that lower amount. Then the second day I was charged again the full price of the rooms (I was the 4th person that I saw with this issue). They said it was an accident and shouldn’t have been charged, but still hadn’t fixed it. The room had roaches, rat poop on the walls, stains on the bedding, not cleaned, had trash on the floor, no hot water and half of a curtain so people could see in and as soon as the sun comes up, so do you. Highly disappointed and the amount charged was price gouging to the maximum! Never will I stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.
