Warm and clean room, and has a gym !
Excellent welcoming by Ajay and Alexis, and very professional room service by Renata and breakfast service by Daisy. The hotel has a gym and is right by the breakfast area. Very easy and convenient for the remote workers or travel nurses. Thank you, I will be back.

Amazingly comfortable bed!!
Hotel was a lot better than I expected. A lot of unhoused people roaming around, hotel did have security. The bed was amazingly comfortable!!! The a/c needed to have the filters cleaned and bleached. Turning it on had the room smelling like cat urine. Disgusting. But once I rinsed it off it was much better.

I checked into my room and left my belongings in there and went out to dinner. I returned a few hours later to find a stranger sleeping in my room who hotel staff had given a key to by mistake. I was able to retrieve my belongings and after a long ordeal was assigned to a different room. I asked for a refund, which was issued in addition to my credit card being charged a second time for the room. The room charge that i was billed for (twice, though one of them canceled out because of the refund) was more than twice as much as the price quoted on expedia. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and I will likely be taking further legal action to recover the money that this hotel is stealing from me.
