Absolutely horrible! Homeless everywhere and drinking and bathing in the pool, people smoking next to the "NO SMOKING" signs, bed sheets had blood on them and the lights in the room did not work. Room reaked of cigarettes in a supposedly no smoking facility. Called the front desk to change the sheets and fix the lights and no one ever came. Demanded the rest of my money back, I let them have my first night just cuz I wanted to get the F*** out of there ASAP.

I’m not trying to be mean, but the area is sketchy and questionable af. The people staying at the hotel seemed a bit weird too, and the lady at the front desk was pretty irritated. Which I low key understand but at the same time, this gave off a really unprofessional vibe. The rooms are okay and I can tell the place has potential.

Check into our room, the bed had stains look like sex stains, mold on the bathroom. The whole room smelled like urine, weed and pet urine. I wasn’t comfortable putting my baby on the bed what so ever. Went to the lobby, we wanted our money completely back but the manger said they couldn’t give us a refund because we booked on Expedia so told them what’s wrong with the room. The manger upgraded our room to a king room. The room was a little better but it still had the same kind of similar vibe as the other room before. It was still dirty. If I got my money back I wouldn’t have stayed there. I don’t recommend anyone to stay

The staff at the front desk are nice.But breakfast are sucks.Breakfast time till 9am but when we artived at 8:20am.There are nothing left only toast.The dinning room is full of guests who are also waiting for the staff to refill the eggs and the batter for the waffle but the lady just kept playing her phone and do nothing.She only brought some eggs and refill the batter after 5 guests complain.She is not busy but just lazy!!!
