A hidden gem. Janky looking. Bomb Free breastfast with healthy options such as fruit, yogurt, oatmeal & cereals. The waffles maker with the 4 small waffles perfect. Walking distance to live music, Chade bank & tge Cookies Cannabis Spot. Across the street from the bomb Vegan spot. Vegan Dealy sins. I so wanted to hate on this place. But it served its purpose. No smoking in the rooms however there is a designated smoking area on the balcony. I would stay again. Cons the pool was unkept & I wouldn't let my dog in it. Otherwise alright it was!

We selected this hotel because of location. It is one block from the UC Davis Pavilion where we saw a show. However, the building is old, there is trash in the stairwell, the air conditioner is very loud, and the curtains do not keep the light out at night.

It is a decent place to stay the night in downtown Sacramento. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I didn't like that the stairs from the 2nd floor were locked from guests and the only way down was an elevator, clearly a code violation. I won't stay there again.

The room was clean, quiet and we felt safe. The breakfast was a good start to the day. The desk staff were polite and helpful. The grounds were not as clean. I think power washing would be good. The pool area was dirty. The lounge chairs were not useable because they were very dirty. The ground was dirty around the pool, so you could not be barefoot.

We chose this hotel for the location and free parking. It is one block from the UC Davis Pavilion "Music Circus" venue, our destination for a musical. Lots of restaurants within ten minute walk. Though an old hotel, the room was fine: bed was comfy etc but so old there are no USB ports and the necessary (110 degree day) air conditioning is loud.

The Quality Inn was close to the Sacramento Convention Center and made getting to our event there very easy. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and the morning breakfast was tasty.

Good location, but stinky and rundown
Staff was friendly and the location was great-close to downtown. But the hotel reeks of urine. There were cockroaches in the bathtub. The neighboring rooms door squeaked so loudly it sounded like it was in our room and woke us up throughout the night. Breakfast had waffles and coffee, but staff said they were out of juice and water and said they couldn’t refill either. Reliably clean drinking water would have been nice.

Great place, good value for money
Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. The place is secure which is not taken for granted in Sacramento. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt and cereal which is more than we expected. Couldn't get the TV to work but that's a really minor thing. 9.9/10 will come again
