Only 10 miles from the Sacramento International, 20 miles from Midtown Sacramento, 19 miles from the Golden 1 Center and 10 miles from UC Davis.
The space
This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms - a Master Suite with a King size bed and a queen size air mattress and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds - and 3 full bathrooms. Guests will have access to a full kitchen, equipped with all your kitchen essentials. It is important for all guests to be aware that this house is in a new developing area, so expect construction. Guests will not be given access to the garage, but can park vehicles on the driveway or on the street.

Graduation Stay
We rented this home for our daughter’s graduation from UC Davis. It was fantastic. It was very spacious for the eight of us. It was very clean and well kept. The Kitchen was well stocked which was helpful because we did lots of cooking. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely rent it again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay with easy access to the sports complex!!
Picked this property because of it’s easy access to the Woodland sports complex. Was an easy couple minutes drive or a nice 20 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge. The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable.
