I stayed twice, the second time because I had committed to the reservation, and the problems were not serious enough to warrant searching for a new hotel, but I will not reserve this hotel again. 1. The coffee machine had no pot. 2. The bedside lamps did not work. 3. When I confronted the front desk clerk, there was nothing she could do on a Saturday evening. Second night (return trip). The wall-side heat pump took all afternoon and part of the evening to bring the room up to a livable temperature. I have learned my lesson and will not return to this hotel series.

On the first stay. The in-room coffee machine did not have a pot, and the bedside lights did not work. No one was available to correct the issues. On the second stay. The in-room heat pump took all day to come up to temp. There was no one to correct the issue.

Hotel must be new, it seemed as if everything was brand new. We loved the kitchenette and the bathroom was large and spacious. Easy access to the freeway, but very quiet. Breakfast was great too. Lots of options.

Staff needs to be more engaged
This hotel is new, it's clean. We needed a working phone and coffee pot in our room, Sunday morning front desk said they'd bring a pot, never did. The cook was hustling to get the breakfast out. Lots of people were utilizing those take out boxes and taking lots of food, if it were my business I wouldn't provide those. People that were there for breakfast were having to wait awhile. Maybe close breakfast at 10 instead of 9:30.
