VERY UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. Walked in to paraphernalia remnants on table in the room. Was in the room for no more than an hour without socks and my feet were black. Hair was everywhere, bathroom floor, toilet and sink. The beds were neatly made but after what I saw I wouldn't trust that they were clean-- Or ANY surface of that room had been cleaned. Coffee spilled on counter in bathroom. Door lock was faulty, had to use my own screwdriver to tighten door stopper. It was too late to book anywhere else but damn I couldn't wait to leave first thing the next morning and shower the ick off!!

There was no furniture to put your clothes in. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair everywhere. And there were stains in the bed sheets. Disappointed! The pictures on line are very deceiving.

Hotel feels like a prison with its metal gates and metal doors on lobby and all rooms. Room was clean; staff, polite (if often nervous). Terrible neighborhood, one of two "worst areas" I've stayed in, and I've lived in a few Bay Area neighborhoods suffering from "urban blight." Only one open restaurant in a three-block area. A discount grocery store (on Del Paso Blvd.) is six blocks away from hotel. FOUR people, in two hours, without me prompting them, advised: "Don't walk around here more than you have to, and especially not at night." Spend extra money and stay in a better area. . . avoid what my Sacramento-familiar friend called "The Stroll."

very nice little place, neighbor hood is good hotel i gated and private with lots of nice places and food you can walk to. will be coming back next year and will stay here agin no issues. no frills nothing fancy but a perfect place to sleep for the night.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is cute and very conveniently located. The room was very spacious and accommodating. My only criticism is that the floors and shower needed to be cleaned better. Other than that, great stay and we will be back.

The room was newly renovated but not very clean. After walking on the floor barefoot the bottom of our feet were dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The room was large but inadequately furnished. It was not comfortable at all, the bed was a newer mattress but it was so hard it was like trying to sleep on the floor, we got no rest. The maintenance man and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The maid’s service was not. We saw a maid who was supposed to be cleaning upstairs sitting on her phone when we arrived.

It’s was a cool hotel, newly remodeled. Sketchy front door, floors were not clean, there was a used wash cloth and soap in the shower. I got to the hotel on second night and there was no parking, I was told to park somewhere else, everywhere else was only 2 hr parking I had to park in an area that was pretty dicey, wasn’t sure if my rental was going to be there or have a ticket or broken jnto
