This was my third stay at the TownePlace suites in Rancho Cordova. I returned here again because this hotel is nearly brand new, and is very clean and safe and convenient. The front desk staff is wonderful. The breakfast staff is also very good, and the housekeepers are beyond great. Every person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I had requested a specific room number, and even though I knew it was not guaranteed, I was still disappointed when I arrived, and it was not available for me. the room I received, however, was still a very nice room. The breakfast has many good options, including some healthy options as well. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again if I go back to Rancho Cordova.

An excellent choice for Sacramento area. This newer property is very clean, fresh-looking, well-maintained and has a great free breakfast. This was my 2nd stay here and I have enjoyed it. I will be staying again for 3 nights next month as well.

This hotel was amazing. The property seems to be brand new. The room had a 2 burner stove, dishwasher, and full-size frig. The decor was very modern. Wish I could have stayed for longer than just one night!
