The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. I removed the “do not disturb” sign around 9:30/10 AM and notice that they were cleaning the rooms next to mine. When I returned late afternoon, my room was not serviced. I ask the front desk about it and they said it was due to the sign. I have removed the sign when I left and wasn’t sure why the room wasn’t service when they were cleaning the room next and adjective to my room (714). Also, the curtains allow to much light and there was a draft of cold air entering from the window.

The service was unprofessional. The front desk clerk was very rude . Poor website description of the services offered . We will not be returning neither would we recommend it to family and friends. Expidia did us wrong.
