We enjoyed the comfortable beds and great full buffet breakfast. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We had one BIG complaint. A few hours after we checked out (but before other guests check-in time), we realized we had left a medium-sized bag in the bathroom filled with my wife's toiletries. We called the hotel several times, but every response we got was that it was nowhere to be found despite us telling them exactly where we left it--hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Our only conclusion is that the hotel staff took it.

Staff very negative when needing additional keys due to them stopping working. I said my fridge was not working. Their fix was to just put my food or drink in “their fridge” who wants to wake up and be thirsty and have to walk to the lobby for cold water??
